Being homeowners ourselves, we share and understand your problems.  Taxes, tuition, long work hours and dealing with home repair are not new concepts to us.  Not only are we homeowners but we're also home builders, proficent in all phases of CAD design, subdivision development, and custom built homes.  This extensive construction background allows us the ability to accurately diagnose and solve any construction related issues.  We never jump to conclusions or make broad assumptions...as witnessed below, looks can be deceiving.  While these two homes appear in fine condition outside, extensive structural damage is occuring within...explanation to follow

Any knowledgable builder will tell you, building materials and water just don't mix and must be kept seperate.  This made sense to us well prior to the public awareness of 'black mold.'  During home construction, one of our top concerns is to get the structure 'under roof.'  We always keep our building materials covered and out of the elements...this just makes sense.  Have you ever seen a peice of bowed plywood or 2X4?  This bowing and splitting happens very quickly, sometimes within days.  Over time, materials left uncovered will be rendered useless causing a loss in builder profits.

Early in the construction of a new home, the builder will have a professional waterproof all below grade foundation walls on the exterior side.  This process is performed to prevent water from penetrating the foundation walls, where it has the ability to warp, split, rot and mold expensive building materials.  No builder would ever attempt to waterproof a structure from the inside, it simply does not work and furthermore no township building officials would ever allow it.  Why would a building official never allow this?  Simple.  If foundation walls become wet, building materials have the potential to decay, rot and allow the growth of toxic black mold.  Not only does this rot and decay destroy your homes resale value but can also be a great risk to your health and especially that of a young or elderly individual.  The only 100% effective measure for preventing these problems is to properly waterproof any belowgrade walls on the exterior or 'positive' side of the foundation walls.

Over the years, a number of new construction exterior waterproofing methods have been developed and used on millions of homes.  Unfortunately many of these methods have proven to be ineffective, leaving foundation walls wet and building materials left threatened by decay.  Your home may be experiencing these same failures, which is why the "Barrier Dual Drainage Waterproofing system" was developed.

Now for the rest of the story.  One should never judge a book by its cover.  While the above pictured homes appear perfectly normal from the outside, take a look at what lurks within.  Wet foundation walls and major damage.

After many years of testing an exterior waterproofing system was sucessfully developed that works!  A system which uses products that have been specially formulated and manufactured "exclusively" for the sole purpose of properly waterproofing existing homes and other structures.  Our System and these state-of-the-art products are manufactured exclusively for "retrofit" waterproofing, and are installed only by our highly skilled waterproofing professionals.  Should the above two photographs look far too familiar, you need our help...and you need it NOW!
