DUAL DRAINAGE WATERPROOFING SYSTEM
The absolute best way to prevent leaks is to stop water from reaching your foundation. Our Barrier Exterior System is designed to attack all of the problems that can introduce water to your foundation walls. All work is done outside, so there is no mess inside your home.
First, we excavate to the footer and repair any cracks or voids in your walls. Then we spray a waterproofing membrane, "pink jacket", on the outside of the walls. Next we apply a drainage board, and then we install a Dual Drainage system for your foundation. These drains are enclosed in silt cloth and covered with rock to protect and promote drainage. These drains are then taken to daylight or to a sump, as the situation dictates. We also tie your gutter downspouts into a drainage system and direct that water away from your foundation. We also regrade the immediate area to pitch water away from your foundation.
